These could have been a great shoe but are just designed poorly. They look as expected in person except the toe box is strangely wide. Somewhat soft insole, although any support is non-existent.The real problem was that the “tongue” area of the shoe is cut so that it jabs you in the front of the ankle when you walk, not sure who could wear these and avoid that issue. Also had an issue returning, for some reason the store said it won't let them do it which I normally wouldn't mention in the item review but I've never had that specific issue so be wary.

The fabric was the draw for me. This looked like I could wear these shoes with multiple spring/summer out fits. I have purchased Dearfoam slippers for years. These sneakers are really stiff, the toe box is huge, and the tongue of the shoe jams into my ankle. It hurt. I'm not going to wear it hoping it will soften with age while my foot is sliding around in the toe box. Very weird design I think.
