How to shave your dog with a shaver?

Before using a shaver to trim your dog's hair, it is recommended to bathe it first. First, give your dog a bath, dry him thoroughly, and brush his coat to make sure there are no tangles. Then find a place to secure your pet to prevent it from jumping or running away.

First, use a 2mm size blade to trim your pet's hygienic area. Do not tilt the blade and make sure the blade is tight against the body. Once this area is trimmed, you can trim your dog's other sensitive areas, such as ears and eyes. When trimming your pet's ears, lay the ears flat and trim from the middle to the sides.

Next, when trimming their body hair, decide how long you want their hair to be, choose the appropriate blade length, and start trimming. If this is your first time trimming your dog's hair, you may want to start simple and trim the hair slightly longer.

When trimming your dog, it’s best to hold the blade parallel to your dog’s body. I recommend that you mow in the same direction, whether head to tail or tail to head. This will make your dog's coat look more even.

To avoid accidents, you should always trim along your pet's coat, paying special attention to sensitive areas with extra folds, such as the neck, behind the ears, groin, and legs.
