Needs improvement
The item stopped working after only two weeks. It's sitting in a ziplock bag inside the box. I will be returning it for an exchange of another one. This is usually due to the circuitry in the item incapable of handling a quality power plug such as modern power plugs in California. It's been an issue for some adapters since 2010. The electric companies diagnose this issue for customers like me.
