I am able to sleep with my leg elevated on this cushion and the little walls keep my leg from moving out of place while asleeep. I've had it almost a week and it has kept its shape so far. When I first saw it, I thought, no way something that small could be the pillow I ordered! You let that genie out of the bottle it aint ever going back inside! Very comfortable and versatile. I need a footrest when I'm sitting on the couch and it works as well there for that purpose as it does a leg support in bed.
