I have had severe cramps in legs and feet and toes for several years and doctors finally told me they did not know why and had no relief for me, my dear sister told me about this medication and the first night my cramps were 50 percent less, and within a week 100 percent gone. This product was recommended at a family reunion several years ago by a cousin who said it works for leg cramps. I take 5 tabs nitely to prevent leg cramps in the a.m. I am grateful to find something that actually works. I had cramps before use of this product all the way to my groin and they were excruciating. I hated waking in the morning. But the only kind that work for me are the caplets and the dissolvable ones.
