Super cute, but cut for a flat chested girl

This is a cute dress that falls a little below the knee at the highest point and close to the ankle at the lowest. Looks super cute, the only complaint my daughter had was the waist was a little wide. At the larger size, the girls likely are developing a more womanly body, but the dress is still cut for a completely flat chest. Not a deal-breaker, but just be aware. This dress will get a single use for a dance, so I'm not concerned, but I still might take the waist in a bit to make my daughter happy.
