the unit appears to be a nice simple functioning ice maker, but does not produce rhe ice it says it does in normal.summer weather. the best i can get is between 80 and 100 lbs in 24 hours and it says it will do 150 lbs / 24 hour period. the ice cubes are of good quality and are workingnfor me as they are. good luck Randy T.

quality issues

We are having a problem with intermittent error code E2… we have cleaned unit several times, downgraded size of ice but error code still appears we have to shut off and turn on to work. We will give it a little more time …hope it fixes itself
