Great product

The product was exactly as expected and being enjoyed by the little girl whose birthday it was bought for. However, the wait time to pick this up at the counter was ridiculous.

Pokémon Sun

I would have gave this a 5 star rating for the Pokémon portfolio. But, I didn't receive what is exactly shown in the image which is the white binder with the 3 Alola starters on the front with the Sun and Moon logo on the top. The back of the portfolio matches, though. I might buy another one just to see if I get what is actually pictured.

Non returnable damaged goods…

Garbage. Can't return the product and product came in torn up. There is a huge slice mark going all the way across the front of the binder that is cut completely through the front cover and picture. No wonder you can't return the item, they probably knew beforehand that it was damaged, especially since there was no damage to the actual plastic sleeve packaging that the binder came in.
