Great for the money.

Quality and looks are very good. I was thinking there would be a flag %26 rope. Not included. My bad for not double checking so not theirs. The base that is buried into the ground in my opinion was weak. Putting the pole into the ground and raising the flag was flawless. Easy %26 Simple. Overall I was satisfied for the price and would recommend it. I will be adding a rope assembly so as to go half mast if %26 when the need arises.

DON'T TRUST WALMART FOR RETURNS

I ordered two flagpoles, one was a 25FT and the other 16FT. I didn't realized that the 25FT pole could not be returned after 30 days and I found this out in late February or early March, which of course the 30 days was pass due. Also, this was a marketplace vendor which I do not order from. Wal-Mart apparently has change it website and now you can't see if you are ordering from WalMart or marketplace. The 25FT broke and when I found all of this out, I took the rest of my order b ack because they had a 90 day return. I did a return online and then took it to my local Walmart but they wouldn't take it back because they said the box was too big. That's a joke because they have taken back bigger boxes before. The box was less than 5 ft. I got in touch with the company and they have tried to help me but Walmart will not return my money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WALMART AGAIN. I DON'T BLAME THE COMPANY, I BLAME WALMART.
