I bought a portable air conditioner, online, and it broke down less than a week after the Return Deadline, online, passed and I need a refund in full to buy a better one. We have been going back and forth via email over more than a week. After 6 hours trying to send a video of the AC making the noise and a few more emails, I was told that I was authorized to apply a return for a full refund; but never gave direction how. The Web Site Does Not Allow Me To Process The Return, because it is past the Return Deadline. All the emails between myself, Walmart and Whizmax (the 3rd party) are available to at your request. I called 1-800-WALMART and talked with Muhammad the customer service rep. He said that he would email the issue and I would get an email that will help me to get the refund. He said that i should " Tell Them You Never Got It ! " Yes I got an email. They provided proof of delivery and a denial of a refund. Yes I got it, but has Broken Down. and..... Yes I thought telling me to lie was unprofessional and just plain Wrong. Please Help. We live in Arizona where that summer brings daily above 100 degree temperatures. I am retired and supplement my SS Income Come by making and selling trivets. The AC worked well to cool my small work area. My 98 year old mother lives with my wife and me. We felt that the portable AC would be good to have for mom if the central air goes down. Again, Please help us. I am relying on you. I do a lot of business with Walmart, I am a Shock Holder and my son works for Walmart in PA. Sincerely,
