received a beat up used one!

I thought I was buying a new! It came in a beat up box and looked like it was used the label was peeled halfway and dirty. there wasn't a seal with it or inside. I didn't check the return policy I never did and never had a problem returning items to Walmart. This one no returns no refunds. Lesson learned!
