No Customer service

I order 2. The site indicated that the color red was available. The company did not have it and they shipped a different color. It would have been better if they would have contacted me to ask if I would accept the other color. I return them at my cost. So I am out for the return shipping. (Over $6) This transaction cost me time and money due to the lack of customer service.
