Did not meet my expectations

I'm excited about this chair but there were several issues. It was missing one of the big stand pieces so I am going to have to contact them to get that part. Also, on the table, one strap appeared to be broken as it was missing a section. Also the webbing was unraveled in one section so I tried to put it back together the best I could but I'm afraid it's going to come loose. The quality control wasn't up to par. Once it's fully assembled then I will come back and update my review but I am so disappointed I can't finish building it until I get the missing part.
