Shason Textile Light Acrylic Pink Yarn, 270 yd

I just received this yarn, so I don’t know yet if it pills or how it holds up after it’s washed. At first glance, it’s very soft, much more than I expected. I thought it would be like Unforgettable yarn, but the softness is closer to Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn or Red Heart With Love. It seems like this yarn is stronger than Unforgettable and probably a lot easier to pull stitches out. The sage is more of a yellow green. I would use this yarn for blankets, hats/scarves/mittens (medium warmth), sweaters/cardigans, maybe slippers. I don’t think I’ll use it for bags, any lacy pattern, rugs, smaller accessories, etc. I’ll update on how it holds up over time once I’ve made an item and used it for a while.

Not a bad yarn for the price. It does bug me that there were spots that the yarn really thins out so much so that i felt i needed to cut it out so that it would not break on its own with use and washing. I made this gorgeous cardigan.
