Do your research before buying

The item itself is perfectly fine. My issue is with the seller Outer Rim Collectables. No where did it state that I was not purchasing a brand new item. The box is scuffed and obviously opened more than once. It was probably on display which is fine but that should be in the listing when had I done more research I would have found the same item on Disney's website for 20 dollars less, brand new. I would return it but it's a Valentine's gift so I don't have time to return it and order the cheaper and newer one.
