Never arrived

Item never arrived, and when i contacted customer service, they said (after 10 days past estimated delivery) that it showed still on the way, so no refund would be given. It never did arrive. Wherever it got lost, they backdated and marked delivered, so it looks like it came on time, and I find that wholly dishonest.
