This is my 3rd set of Yokohoma Avid Ascend tires, but this set is on our Camry. We are very pleased with this tire and think this model handles all situations above average. We have had 2 sets on our Highlander. They have a long life and are quiet in comparison to other tires we have had. I have been in some terrible downpours recently and had to put the flashers on and lower the speed on the highway, and these tires handled it well. I recommend them.

I've been really pleased with these tires. Much quieter than my Coopers. The tires give a smooth controlled ride. Wet handling seems quite stable but then again I don't drive very fast in either rain or snow. Traction in snow is quite adequate. I'm very pleased with my purchase. This is my second set of Yokohama tires. I'm satisfied with both sets of Yokohamas.

Certainly backs up other reviews, these tires strong points is ride noise, and comfort. I predict base on my experience with the tire, that you should get a good 55000 miles out of them with proper maintenance, of course the terrain that you drive on can alter that by a lot, but generally speaking its about that. Not much for a 80,000 miles tire, but for the price, they are well worth it. I live in Miami, Fl everything is flat, and no snow. I did go to Virginia for two week, we did get a lot of snow, Tires behaved like a champ, but they were 2 months old at the time, so i'm sure that helped to. Has not hydroplaned in the rain not once. Hope this was helpful.
