Arrived broken

Ordered it to be shipped site to store, they opened the box when I went to pick it up, and the left hand was completely broken off. Was shipped in a box that had zero damage to it, so my guess is it was broken at the warehouse and nobody bothered to do anything about it. Returned it and now theyre out of stock. This has happened numerous times. I order something and have to return it because of damage and then cant get the item because they're sold out. It's getting real old
