This item is somewhat the same size fit for small,medium, and large. The opening mouth piece is less open as a small, but the opening is close to the same as the large though. I bought the large and small. I got the item to stay on by using a coated cobber wire. Now the kitchen chair can be move around without the item falling off. Also, the item works as described in the description.
