Smaller Capacity Than Advertised

I'm giving 3 stars to give the benefit of the doubt since I haven't assembled it and ended up returning it. The description says it holds 16 shoes, but from the picture you can already tell it's more like 15 (12 in the compartments and 3 at the bottom). When I opened the box and took out the panel, I quickly realized that 2 adult size 10 shoes couldn't fit on it. At best, it holds 2 full pairs and only 1 shoe from the 3rd pair.
