These are great quality. I bought them for my daughter who has sensitive ears and doesn't like the backs of earrings to poke into her. To get these in I put a regular earring through her pierced ear and then put the gauge part into that and pulled it through the back. It was then easy to screw the front on. The earrings are adorable and titanium! So great.

Very impressed with the quality and versitility of the jewelry I received. Not only was there 2 beautiful diamond-like tops, but there were 4 flat-back studs, 2 6mm and 2 8mm, which worked out perfectly because I used 1 8mm for my monroe piercing and 1 6mm for my left ear top cartilage piercing. On top of all that there was a guide needle and rubbing alcohol pad included and everything was packaged separately but all together in a nice white leather pouch to keep it all safely inside of. I'm very grateful for the consumer consideration.
