Verified Purchase

Very disappointing purchase.

The package arrived in an oversized bag. The box was broken and held together with a rubber band. The left shoe has a dark spot on the back of the heel. These was clearly a returned, inside the box was also someone's shipping slip, and the shoes were not covered with the protective paper. It was all thrown carelessly in the box and kept together with a rubber band. Shame on you for shipping items irresponsibly.
