Never use this company! They sold me a defective phone that cannot take pictures, as when you try to use camera the entire screen starts to wave. I reached out twice to company, and both attempts were ignored.

NOT UNLOCKED!!

The phone I received was not unlocked or unlocked improperly. It also did not come with a sim card which is required for activation. After taking it to my local Verizon store, the tech determined that it was unlocked improperly, so I was unable to activate it for my account.
