Very comfortable compared to narrow cuffs.

Love that it has the wider cuff! It's only about 1/2 in. to 1 in. wider than my other cuff, but it makes a huge difference in the way it tightens on my arm. It increases slowly, and not excessively like the narrow one I have. It's much more comfortable than the narrow one, and you don't feel like your arm will drop off. It's faster too, and seems to be accurate. I've only had it a short time, but love it. I highly recommend it for the comfort alone. Price was good too,
