Delivery issues

The service was not good in terms of delivery. I ordered two refrigerators, each to be delivered to one of my offices. After numerous calls, I was never able to rectify the situation. Both refrigerators showed up several days later at my home, which was never listed as a delivery option. Apparently they sent them here because this was the billing address. I had to pay to have both of them deliver to my offices. When I called customer service to let them know, the deliveries were scheduled to go to the wrong place. They kept telling me there was nothing I could do. Not satisfied.
