Valerie, an ambitious economics student, thinks bookstores are simple businesses when she walks into the store owned by her aunt who disappeared, naming her niece responsible for the business. She intends to clear the clutter and sell off the stock immediately. Soon, though, she realizes she has underestimated the bookstore's charm. She also comes to realize her aunt's very special talent for finding the perfect reader for each book and that bookstores are truly magical places.
