Great customer service

I loved the style of this lamp but when I got it, it barely lit up. I contacted Ozarke and Samantha got back to me almost immediately. I sent her pictures and described the issues and she sent me a new, working lamp right away. This lamp is unique and stylish and I'm so glad I had a great experience with this company. Thank you!

Great lamp but includes terrible bulbs

The lamp is well constructed and looks great; however, the LED bulbs that come with it flicker like crazy. The spec for replacement bulbs is G4 base and 120V.

Awesome!

The lamp was damaged upon receiving. I followed up with customer service, and Joelle Ruth sent a note on 1/23/23 stating a new lamp will be sent out . Looking forward to receiving.
