B&W Tow & Stow Incorrect Item

The process of ordering a B & W hitch was straightforward. After chatting with a sales person I was assured the item would work with my 2025 GMC 1500 AT4 (with Multi Pro Tailgate). I followed up with a phone call to make sure the sales people understood the specific nature of the tailgate and the absolute need to have the correct hitch so that no damage would occur when lowering the tailgate. After all this they sent the wrong hitch. Luckily I conducted a soft test and knew right away the hitch was not correct. The return and refund process was smooth and without any problems.
