These are the best for my issues; they help me relax by relaxing my bladder. The dosage of 2 is not one size fits all, but the product can tax the liver and kidneys if overdosed, so please address the proper dosage for yourself with a qualified naturopath! I do suggest that. As far as the added biotin for the growth of hair and nails, this is great, along with other supplements, so this was wonderful!
