The controls were not the best we lost the drone right off in the first few minutes possible issue with the controller we followed all directions and had it linked to our cell phone also and it lost communication with the cell phone and didnt want to return through the controller I dont know if the remaining parts could be returned or another one shipped out to us

Based on features, cooking power (takes less time to heat), appearance, and price point, I think this is the best microwave I've ever had. But first, there are a couple of glitches that are not show-stoppers. Mentioned in other reviews are the alert beeping volume and the power save issue. When finished heating, there's 10 seconds of loud beeping that recurs every 30 seconds. The beep level at 18” / 46 cm is 82 dBC and can be heard all over the house. You'll never forget your heated food! This may be handy if the oven is used in a noisy environment. However, you can easily touch off the notifications if desired. Each microwave seems to be different with alerts. Also, I can confirm that you have to turn off power save (default) if you want the clock to display. The glitch here is that this is not in the instructions, so it could be frustrating if you didn't check reviews first. On the plus side, it is powerful. I had to reduce my expected cooking times. For example, cutting 30 seconds off what was an expected 3 minute heat based on another recent microwave. You can add time in +30 or +10 seconds to the cooking time on the panel. The “Sensory Cooking” feature does work well. I've used it on frozen entrees. It senses steam as the food heats. It takes slightly more time than just blasting away on high power, but the food ends up evenly heated. The dark stainless steel oven looks nice and has a highly visible clock, unlike some other ovens.
