This stuff is awesome. Take one pill when you wake up lay back down and you'll be right back up in 15 minutes.. drink lots of water throughout the day they make you a little warm. Perfect if you work construction outside in the cold. I don't recommend taking one for dinner. You'll never sleep. I'm 230 pounds. I usually just take two in the morning and it'll burn me through the day.
