Fits well.
I've tried alot of the cheaper brands and I've not been very happy with them. I decided to start trying some of the more expensive brands. These diapers fit so much better than the cheap ones. I still have some control over my bladder and wake up a couple times a night to use the bathroom. Every one of the cheap brands fit loose no matter how much I tried tightening them. I could still pull them down or open the legs wide enough to go in the toilet. The 1st time I woke up to use the bathroom, I was surprised when I couldn't go into the toilet without taking it off. I keep an absorbent pad under my sheets and a water proof bed cover on my mattress bc I have woken up and found the bed wet. I had zero leakage with this brand. This brand was also very comfortable. I didn't have alot of moisture on my body when I took it off either. When I would take off the cheap brands, I'd have alot of moisture on my skin and I'd be very itchy. I have a few more brands I'm going to try before I decide which brand I'm going to stick with, but this brand has made the list of brands that I'll choose from.

Great adult diaper for heavy use
This excellent diaper holds a lot of urine. The adjustable reversible tabs allow for a very secure fit. Standing leak guards are tall and very effective. It is a fairly in discrete diaper under clothing until it begins to reach maximum capacity, as one might expect. My use is mostly for long car drives and nighttime.
