Perfect Small Pot

This little one quart sauce pan is just what I was looking for. Perfect for a single serving of soup or oatmeal, poaching two eggs or cooking up two servings of veggies. It is only one quart at the brim. So if you fill it halfway that's only a lint or 2 cups. It holds heat really well a d cleans up easy. Stainless steel can discolor, and that's why they make "Barkeeper's Friend." I would buy this product again.

This 1 quart Cuisinart sauce pan is the perfect multi-purpose pan. I've owned sheathing 1.5 quarter pan for 5 years and it performs so well. The only problem? I needed a complimentary pan for sauce and small cooking needs. The pan is not overly bulky but has a heavy bottom, giving it a sturdy feel and performs well when whisking or stirring sauces, rouxs, and custards. I love the way the srainless steel cleans well, even with sticky and tacked on food. Highly recommend this pan.

I was hesitant to buy a metal pan because I've always used the non-stick surface pans. I was afraid I would end up having to scrub all the time but these are absolutely amazingly easy to clean... everything just wipes right out and I don't have to worry about the coating being scratched and flaking off. I am extremely happy with these pans in the way they cook as well... they heat up better because of the special bottom surface. Love them so much I ordered a whole set!
