Deceptive description, not 70 count

As another buyer wrote, I was short on what I received. 66 bags, not 70. Honestly, I'm okay with the 66, but am more unhappy with the false advertising. Common sense would say that if it's truly 2 lbs., but the exact count may vary a bit, seller should list item as "2 lbs., Approx. 70 count". The "approximately" would make all the difference to a buyer so you're not promising them exactly 70.
