Reye's syndrome: Children and teenagers who have or are recovering from chicken pox or flu-like symptoms should not use this product. When using this product, if changes in behavior with nausea and vomiting occur, consult a doctor because these symptoms could be an early sign of Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness.Allergy alert: Aspirin may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include: Hives. Facial swelling. Shock. Asthma (wheezing).Liver warning: This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if you take:More than 4 powders in 24 hours, which is the maximum daily amount.With other drugs containing acetaminophen.3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product.Stomach bleeding warning: This product contains an NSAID, which may cause severe stomach bleeding. The chance is higher if you:Are age 60 or older.Have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems.Take a blood thinning (anticoagulant) or steroid drug.Take other drugs containing prescription or non-prescription NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or others).Have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product.Take more or for a longer time than directed.Do not use: If you have ever had an allergic reaction to aspirin or any other pain reliever/fever reducer.With any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or non-prescription). No caffeine, quick pain relief
This is so much cheaper and not found easily, most stores do not carry it. I am extremely sensitive to caffeine so finally having something that doesn't contain it and works fast is a must. Like the one review mentioned, You aren't taking this for flavor, you are taking it for pain. My suggestion? Toss it on your tongue and swallow a non carbonated drink fast. I just use water and after second use I wasn't tasting it too much anymore.

Works fast, remember its not for the flavor
Personally I like these better than the other ones that are berry or lemon. I taste it a lot less without the other stuff mixed in. The powder works pretty fast and doesn't hurt my stomach either. If you are off put by the taste seriously its a good thing these and the others taste bad. A little kid gets ahold of sweet berry flavor packet of powder they think is candy and it can be a dangerous situation.

Fast head and whole body relief
This is the best and FASTEST pain relief method. Put it under your tongue and let sit for maybe a minute then wash it down with a drink. The less you can get on top of your tongue the better (that's where the awful pill taste kicks in). I'd rather use these then pill form doesn't screw my stomach up and pain relief kicks in pretty instant.
