I had bought a different 54 inch body pillow previously. It was the shredded foam style also but was firmness adjustable. It cost quite a bit more and is not nearly as comfortable as this one. This one also goes back in shape immediately. The old one was still hard after several adjustments(removing foam) and had to be kneaded to get back in shape. I am very happy with your product. I actually have the old one to my dog!
