This is Walmart - not a boutique or the mall

What's up with the boutique prices at Walmart? This shirt is cute, but for the price I was expecting boutique quality too, this is your basic quality shirt (hanging threads, uneven seams, thin, thin fabric. Stick with what people are expecting when they shop here - good quality but basic clothing at a low price.
