Terrible Seller

Seller knowingly advertises a 9x12 rug but ships a 2x3 rug. Conversations regarding this are insane (“we'll get back to you immediately”, “how about a 30% refund for keeping the product”). No response to my actual question- how do I get a 9x12 rug? The constant gaslighting was exhausting. DO NOT BUY.
