Never received item!

I never received this Christmas tree. The tracking shows that it was delivered to a house in Texas while I live in New York. it even had a picture of the house while I live in an apartment. Since it's a third party seller, I probably have no chance of ever getting my tree. They have been contacted by Walmart but I doubt if I will hear from them in 48 hours , if ever. Looks like I'll probably have to go without a Christmas tree this year, as it's already getting late to order another one as most seem to already be sold out of smaller trees It seems others have also had similar problems with this seller, so I will never purchase from this seller again.
