Poor Quality

Vickerman sells alot of trees, yet this one is disappointing. My white tree after 10 yrs, yellowed. It was time to replace. I was looking for nice soft bristles and full branches , a quality tree. I did alot of research for 3 days. Liked it was the pvc tips, 948 of them. went to local stores to try to compare. When I opened the box and seen the tree...Skeptical, .I set it up. Maybe 948 tips, but scratchy tinsel like, thin bristles. Hard
