Easy to assemble, beautiful to look at, a grand experience to cook on! My cousin has a blackstone and I've watched him cook on it long enough, it was time to get one for my dad, so I could enjoy one at home as well! Hahaha Perfect for hosting large groups or just feeding the family breakfast/lunch/dinner. Absolutely love it for breakfast foods, great for bulk cooking just about anything: pancakes, eggs, bacon/sausage, hash browns. I can go on and on but you truly have to f*#! around and find out for yourself! Next purchase will be the camping griddle, I'm excited :)
