This portable heating pad works great. It warms and soothes great on settings low and medium for approximately for 3 to 2 hours respectively. I am able to get more done around the house because I’m not tethered. It was a tremendous help while on my feet during the 2 consecutive days of Christmas baking and Christmas gift wrapping. I’ve also taken it to the gym for my workouts and walks to keep my mid back, lower back, and hip pain calmed. The attached long belt stretches far enough around my 34” waist or 44”hips, but it also comes with an extender if needed. Great also, is that its power bank recharges quickly at home and on the go. I’ve been using it at least 3 days per week for 3 months and detect no signs of it wanting to quit. It is working well for me. I would purchase it again and save money over the name brand.

I have only used the heat so far but is so nice to be able to move around while it is on. It lets you move the joint to decrease the pain quicker. Purchased mainly to use on Long 16-18 hr. flight. Hope the flight attendents will let me put the gel pack in the fridge if needed.
