Easy to use with fast relief from constipation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the easiest laxatives to use. You dissolve 2 teaspoons in a full glass of water. I was able to get relief in a short time.. a few hours. No horrible pains or side effects. The packaging is clear and easy to understand. Well worth the price. It's odorless and tasteless. I'm sure you could use 8 ounces of juice instead of water.

Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is an effective laxative. I followed the directions and I went to the bathroom about 45 minutes after taking. I didn't get stomach cramping like with some laxative. It doesn't taste the best but it did the job.
