Lack of sizing info=ill fitting purchase

The only description on the package in regards to fit indicates boys or girls (not toddler) sizes 6-8. Erroneously, I thought this meant youth sizes so I ordered them for my 9yr old son who wears youth size 5.5-6 shoes. The socks actually fit my 2 year old who wears a size 7T shoe. I hope my mistake helps someone else make a more informed decision. I'd gladly return them, but the package is already opened. Even if it wasn't opened, the seller charges a restocking fee. Seller should post much more accurate item description. Very misleading!
