I started using this when I had Kaiser insurance, then was unable to find it anywhere outside of the Kaiser pharmacy. Swanson carries it at less than retail cost and I generally can use a discount or coupon to lower it even more. I have not found another glucosamine chondroitin as effective as Nature's Blend.
