Very Disappointed

The book started off with potential by describing some of the basics on how the subconscious works but there were absolutely no methods for self help or positive reinforcement. Instead, the book turned into an advertisement for the "Inner Talk" program that is sold. Unfortunately, this book was a waste of time.
