Personalized Christmas Knit Stocking, 4 Styles to Choose From

love this stocking, had to have a personalized one made for our little boy next year cause his name is initials.

I ordered one. The wrong stocking was sent. (Received a burlap stocking) Return process involved contacting customer service instead of being able to go through the app. Second one came in. Name is off centered and fabric is bunched up under letters. Very annoying looking. I bought a set for my family about five years ago and they were all in perfect condition. I'm trying to order another one for my new baby and the attention to detail has greatly declined. It's disappointing because I know these can be nice. My previous order from a few years ago had no issues.
