Rusty pipe

I received ubend and it was rusty, not a light surface rust, when it arrived. Called customer support and was told I can return the part, and when they get it back they will send out another one. Or I can buy another one and send that one back for a refund. Or I can simply keep the one I have and clean the rust off. After talking to a supervisor that told me the product is raw steel so it's going to rust, there is nothing he can do about it I decided to not use jegs any more. (new parts should not be rusty)
