I initially bought this for my 1 year old. but my 4 ywr old seems to like it even more. its short, so your little ones will be squatting (young knees lol) it came with some sand and all the oarts were included. it kept them busy for a while outside while i was able to enjoy some time on the porch (whike supervising) great but for the price.
