Q: I normally wear size Medium and I've a little worry about the size, which size should I order?

A: Firstly, you can refer to the “size chart” in the product pictures. Our product size is Asian size, and it is smaller than the US size. Therefore, I will suggest you choose one size larger than your usual size, which will be more relaxing and comfortable.

Q: How long can I get the product?

A: We offer two kinds of delivery. Normally, standard delivery will take 10 to 12 days. The expedited delivery will take 3 to 5 days. It would take several days longer if your delivery address is far away from the urban area.

Q: Why haven't I received a package for so long?

A: Please contact our Customer Service, we will figure out the reasons and response you by email. If the package was lost, we will resend a new package to you as soon as possible.
